Returns orders
According to the effects of the European Directive 44/99/CE and the Legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer code), the seller guarantees the consumer that the products will be without defects of manufacture and material, as well as conforming to the description published on the Site, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the products to the consumer.
For hand-made products, a certain variation in their characteristics is innate in the manufacturing process and can be considered a quality.
The application of any guarantee is excluded in the case of use or washing of the Product which does not conform to the instructions/warnings given in the explanatory reference documentation on cards or labels.
